Are children welcome?

Yes, children of all ages are welcome!

Do you have a minimum rental age?

Yes, you must be at least 25 years old to rent the cottage.

What Is provided:

The kitchen is stocked with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, dishes, serving utensils, BBQ tools and silverware. Basic spices, sugar packets, salt and pepper, and olive oil are provided. Staples such as paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap (if renting a 1 or 3 bedroom unit), laundry soap (if renting a 2 or 3 bedroom unit), cleaning supplies and coffee filters for the drip coffee maker are provided. A hair dryer is also provided. The cottage has pillows and wool blankets should you need them. We do have puzzles, board games, and some outdoor games and beach toys as well.

What to bring:

All grocery and pantry items not mentioned above. Bring toiletries, bed linens, bath towels, beach towels and beach chairs. If you have an infant or small child, bring a crib, high chair and any special gear you may need. If you're coming from a long distance or prefer not to bring these items with you, we recommend Cape Linen Rentals. Contact them at least 48 hrs. in advance to secure your rental.

Can I have a late check-out?

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate late checkouts. We share our housekeeping service with other local rentals and we do not control their exact arrival time.

Can I have an early check-in?

While we can't accommodate early check-ins for the same reason as above, you can make the most of your arrival day by parking in front of the cottage and heading to the beach. Please do not block anyone in the driveway or block cul-de-sac traffic.

How do I check-in?

We offer contactless check-in. You'll receive an email with check-in instructions prior to your stay. Please note, the rental agreement must be signed in order to receive check-in instructions. Upon booking you'll receive an email with a link to the rental agreement.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.

When are payments due?

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. The credit card you used for the booking will be charged automatically at that time.

Is there a damage deposit?

We no longer require an upfront damage deposit. Instead, your credit card will be pre-authorized (but not charged) for a damage deposit. The credit card hold will then be lifted within 10 days after check-out once it has been confirmed that no damage has occurred. If you've ever rented a car, this hold operates the same way. Your card will not be charged unless damage occurs, and we will notify guests directly in the unlikely event that happens. We hope that our guests will treat our home as if it is their own; the last thing we want to do is charge guests for damage.

What is your cancellation policy?

No refunds will be made unless the rental unit is re-rented for the same period at the same rental rate. Once re-rented, the deposit(s) will be returned less a $200 re-booking fee. For rentals booked on Vrbo or AirBnb, please consult the cancellation policies on their respective sites.

Do you charge a cleaning fee?

To provide a value to our guests, we do not charge a cleaning fee. We do ask that you leave the cottage as you found it including cleaning your dishes.
